The resilience of people facing hardship or crisis is always something that inspires me, and this experience of Odesa was a great example of that. The city is rebuilding and building back stronger, in the midst of war.

This morning I’m launching my new report - SEND in Crisis. Since I was elected in July last year, I’ve been blown away by the scale of the SEND crisis here in Suffolk Coastal. Too many families are stuck in a broken SEND system - under strain, exhausted, and desperate for basic support.
