Ukraine Part 3 - Visit to Odesa and the Black Sea Security Conference

3rd and final part of my trip to Odesa, Ukraine - updates on the conference, and a look at strategy and advancement of technology in warfare.

We're expecting the Strategic Defence Review (SDR) to be published this afternoon, and the use of technology and modern warfare is expected to be a focus of the Review- the lessons from the war in Ukraine show just how vital it is to invest in drone technology, with new technology emerging all the time.

I'll be in the chamber later today for the SDR and looking forward to more details when the report is published in full later today.
