MOD Housing in Suffolk Coastal
Today I asked what plans the department has to bring unused military homes back into use for families in Suffolk Coastal. I'm aware that there are around 60 unoccupied homes in my constituency, and a number of them need considerable work before families can move in.

Visit to Hastoe Homes New Development
Yesterday I had the absolute pleasure of meeting Rebecca, who has just moved into her first home with her son, in Martlesham. Her home is a brilliant example of good quality, affordable housing, built to help local people either get on the housing ladder through shared ownership, or get an affordable home to rent through Hastoe Housing Association.

I recently visited the The Long Shop Museum in Leiston to learn more about its incredible industrial heritage and renewed importance to the local area.

SEND Report Launch
This morning I’m launching my new report - SEND in Crisis. Since I was elected in July last year, I’ve been blown away by the scale of the SEND crisis here in Suffolk Coastal. Too many families are stuck in a broken SEND system - under strain, exhausted, and desperate for basic support.
