Water Regulation Overhaul Announcement
Yesterday the government announced the biggest overhaul of water regulation in decades. Ofwat will be scrapped and replaced with a new, powerful regulator to take on pollution, protect customers, and restore trust in the system.

41 Hour Sewage Discharge in the River Deben
Last week, Anglian Water discharged 41 HOURS of sewage into the River Deben, between the waterfront and Melton. As a result of the discharge, E.coli levels were 30 TIMES the recommended levels.
