School Road Safety - Parliamentary Petition

I’ve launched a new Parliamentary petition calling for urgent action on road safety outside primary schools in Suffolk Coastal.

Too many schools are surrounded by fast traffic, poor signage, and unsafe crossings - and I hear the same concern again and again from headteachers, staff, and parents: it’s putting children at risk.

This petition calls for a tailored road safety plan for every school, and demands that Suffolk County Council takes real, practical steps to protect our children.

Petitions have gone out to every primary school in the constituency. As it is a Parliamentary petition it can only be signed in person, rather than online.
