Meeting with UK Power Networks and Suffolk & Essex Coast & Heaths National Landscape

Last week I convened and hosted a meeting with UK Power Networks and Suffolk & Essex Coast & Heaths National Landscape, and local residents around Felixstowe ferry, to discuss the ongoing issues about local cabling – which has been delayed for years, and is frustrating everyone with no signs of progress.

The meeting felt like we made some real progress – and thank you to everyone who came along and helped to shape the next steps. I think we all left hopeful that we can make some real progress on a problem that has been causing headaches for too long.
