FirstPort Residents Meetings

Over the past few weeks, I’ve hosted two meetings with residents living in FirstPort-managed properties - with a meeting in Melton and in Felixstowe. We had representatives from FirstPort at our Melton meeting, and it was a chance for residents to share their frustrations first hand, and get answers for queries that have gone unanswered for too long.

Across both meetings, I had around 100 residents attend. I’ll now be continuing to press for clear answers from FirstPort, and I’m working with other Labour MPs to hold them to account and secure changes in how they are run and operate.
